Queen City Tickets, Inc. is in the business of obtaining premium seating for our clients. Due to the difficulty and costs involved with such purchases there are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges regarding sales. Should you for any reason, be unable to attend an event purchased from Queen City Tickets, Inc. please inform us and we will do everything in our power to resell your tickets on a consignment basis. Any tickets sold on consignment are done on a case by case basis and may incur additional fees for the reselling of your tickets. This can be mutually agreed upon before the resale. Below is a copy of our policies, please review before making any purchase.

The purchase price includes a substantial service charge which reflects availability, acquisition and distribution costs, and difficulty in obtaining quality seats. If the event cancels with no reschedule date, customer can either: 1. (receive full invoice credit on another event less shipping, within 6 months after the cancelled date.) 2. (receive face value refund.) *Tickets must be returned with receipts within 14 days after the cancelled event to receive proper credit/refund. *Please check your tickets for the correct event, date, time and seat location. Any discrepancy on mail orders must be reported with 24 hours of receipt. *Deposits guarantee tickets, not locations, and are not refundable unless the event cancels. The balance for tickets must be paid at least 7 days prior to the event or the deposit is forfeited. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, ALL SALES FINAL.
